We were recently contacted by the Saint Petersburg Housing Authority, about two weeks ago and asked to bid on one of their properties located in Saint Petersburg. The apartment complex consisted of 20 units and was a two story building. They insisted that the building be Washed by means of a Soft Wash Method of Cleaning which is designed to not cause any damage to the substrate of the exterior. Included in the Pressure Washing of the Building Exterior was also the Cleaning of all their Concrete Walkways, Stairwells and Pool Deck area and Patio Furniture. If they had not just had the Shingle Roof replaced, I'm sure that we may have been performing a Shingle Roof Cleaning for them as well.
