The Advantages of Cleaning a Tile/ Shingle Roof in Florida

A Roof covered in black mold will retain heat thus making their AC units work much harder where as a lighter (Clean) Roof that has been Cleaned will reflect the heat. Much like putting your hands a Black Car and then on a White car. The black cars surface is much hotter because it reains the heat where as the white car will feel much cooler to the touch because it is reflecting the heat.
