Pressure Cleaning Condominiums in Clearwater Florida!

This is a Pressure Washing job we completed working on for a Property Management company here in Clearwater. This is a Condo Association that consists of 33 units. They are all set within three 3 story buildings that are connected by a small maze in a courtyard. All of the end units have two sets of balconies and all the bottom floor units have patios that are surrounded by a brick partition. Mold, Mold and more Mold. I figured on 4 days to complete but we were able to complete Pressure Washing the buildings in 2 days. We went back on Thursday to finish up the outside perimeter Concrete Cleaning. This was the day that had already been set for the residents to move their cars from the carport area's so that we could rinse them out as well. This place is like a giant maze and we had fun Pressure Washing them. All of the residents were very nice and dealing with the President of the Home Owners Association was a pleasure. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future on a few other Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning projects.

The Advantages of Cleaning a Tile/ Shingle Roof in Florida

A Roof covered in black mold will retain heat thus making their AC units work much harder where as a lighter (Clean) Roof that has been Cleaned will reflect the heat. Much like putting your hands a Black Car and then on a White car. The black cars surface is much hotter because it reains the heat where as the white car will feel much cooler to the touch because it is reflecting the heat. This was a Tile Roof Cleaning and Concrete Driveway and Sidewalk Cleaning we did today in Clearwater Florida for a woman who works at my bank. We actually had to manually Wash this Tile Roof after applying the biocide treatment. This was one of 2 Tile Roofs we had to Clean today. It's been cloudy all day and began raining as we were applying the second coat. Non Pressure Roof Cleaning doesn't work when the Roof is wet and especially when they are charcoal black with

mold. Halfway through the third attempted coat I decided to Hit it the old fashioned way. We actually ran my 20in Surface Cleaner over it like we used to do and she cleaned right up.
