Pressure Cleaning Condominiums in Clearwater Florida!

This is a Pressure Washing job we completed working on for a Property Management company here in Clearwater. This is a Condo Association that consists of 33 units. They are all set within three 3 story buildings that are connected by a small maze in a courtyard. All of the end units have two sets of balconies and all the bottom floor units have patios that are surrounded by a brick partition. Mold, Mold and more Mold. I figured on 4 days to complete but we were able to complete Pressure Washing the buildings in 2 days. We went back on Thursday to finish up the outside perimeter Concrete Cleaning. This was the day that had already been set for the residents to move their cars from the carport area's so that we could rinse them out as well. This place is like a giant maze and we had fun Pressure Washing them. All of the residents were very nice and dealing with the President of the Home Owners Association was a pleasure. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future on a few other Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning projects.
