This was a Tile Roof Cleaning and Concrete Driveway and Sidewalk Cleaning we did today in Clearwater Florida for a woman who works at my bank. We actually had to manually Wash this Tile Roof after applying the biocide treatment. This was one of 2 Tile Roofs we had to Clean today. It's been cloudy all day and began raining as we were applying the second coat. Non Pressure Roof Cleaning doesn't work when the Roof is wet and especially when they are charcoal black with

mold. Halfway through the third attempted coat I decided to Hit it the old fashioned way. We actually ran my 20in Surface Cleaner over it like we used to do and she cleaned right up.
