This is a Tile Roof Cleaning job that we have been working on this past week. They consisted of 66 two story town homes and 66 detached garages. All were terracotta flat Tiles that had not been Cleaning in approx 8-10 years. The homeowner association contacted us about this project about 3 weeks ago and we finalized it 2 weeks ago. they originally thought it would take approximately 1 month to complete so you can imagine the look I got from the president of the association when I said we would have it done in 4 days 5 tops. We started Cleaning these Roofs on Tuesday July 21st and finished them today at 2 pm July 24Th. .Here are a few pictures from that Roof Cleaning job in Clearwater Florida.

This was a Tile Roof Cleaning and Concrete Driveway and Sidewalk Cleaning we did today in Clearwater Florida for a woman who works at my bank. We actually had to manually Wash this Tile Roof after applying the biocide treatment. This was one of 2 Tile Roofs we had to Clean today. It's been cloudy all day and began raining as we were applying the second coat. Non Pressure Roof Cleaning doesn't work when the Roof is wet and especially when they are charcoal black with

mold. Halfway through the third attempted coat I decided to Hit it the old fashioned way. We actually ran my 20in Surface Cleaner over it like we used to do and she cleaned right up.
